We use trusted UK carriers and choose the most suitable service based on item size and weight. All times are working days (Mon–Fri) and exclude bank holidays.
Which service will my order use?
- TVs 22–55″, monitors & large audio: APC Overnight (next-day).
- TVs 65″ and above, heavy digital signage & large appliances: Pallet courier (kerbside).
- Small items (accessories/parts): Royal Mail Tracked or Evri (tracked).
Note: If your item sits between categories (e.g., unusual dimensions/weight), we may select the safest service at our discretion. We’ll notify you after dispatch.
🚚 APC Overnight — TVs 22–55″, Monitors & Large Audio
Fast & secure next-day delivery: We partner with APC Overnight, a trusted next-day courier. Your item is carefully packaged with protective materials for safe transit.
📦 Order Dispatch
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM dispatch the same business day for next-day delivery.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends/bank holidays, dispatch the next business day.
🔍 Tracking Details
- We’ll email your tracking number after dispatch.
- APC tracking uses a 7-digit number. If your label shows more digits, please enter only the last 7 on the APC tracking page.
⏱ Delivery Window & Options
- Typical delivery window: 08:00–18:00 (Mon–Fri).
- Specific date: Leave a note at checkout or message/email us — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
- Saturday delivery is available on request (additional charge).
🌍 Delivery Coverage
Covers mainland UK. If you’re in a remote or offshore area, please contact us before purchase to confirm availability and any extra costs.
📫 Missed Deliveries
- If you’re unavailable, APC will leave a calling card with re-delivery or depot collection options.
- If re-delivery fails and the item is returned to us, delivery/return costs may be charged. To avoid this, ensure someone is available or arrange an alternative date in advance.
🔁 Change of Delivery
- To change the address or request a safe place, please contact us before dispatch.
- Address changes after dispatch may incur a fee and can delay delivery.
⚠️ Damaged in Transit?
While rare, if your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately. Please report damage within 72 hours of receipt so we can arrange a replacement or refund in line with our policy.
🚛 Pallet Courier — TVs 65″+, Heavy Digital Signage & Large Appliances
For oversized/heavy items we use a trusted pallet network for safe and timely delivery.
🏡 Kerbside Delivery
Delivery is to the kerbside only. Drivers cannot carry items indoors, upstairs, or to specific rooms. The pallet is unloaded at the nearest accessible point to your property.
Important: Please arrange assistance on the day of delivery if required.
⏱ Delivery Timescale
- Usually 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- Preferred date: Leave a checkout note or contact us. If we can’t meet the date, we’ll arrange an alternative.
- Window: Typically 08:00–18:00.
- Saturday/timed delivery available on request (additional charge).
- Orders placed on weekends/bank holidays dispatch the next business day.
📦 Order Dispatch & Tracking
We securely package your item for pallet transport. After dispatch, we’ll email your tracking/booking details so you can monitor progress.

Service covers mainland UK. If you are in a remote or offshore area, please contact us first to confirm availability and costs.
🧾 On Delivery
An adult must be present to receive and sign. Please inspect for visible damage before signing. If any damage is visible, sign as “Damaged” and contact us immediately.

- Missed deliveries may incur a re-delivery charge.
- Delivery is to mainland UK. Contact us first for Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or offshore addresses.
- Report visible damage/issues within 24 hours of delivery.
- Changing the delivery address after dispatch may incur a fee.
📦 Small Items — Royal Mail Tracked or Evri
Free delivery on small items: We ship accessories and parts via Royal Mail Tracked or Evri (tracked), depending on size/weight.
⏱ Delivery Times
- Typical timeframe: 2–4 working days, service-dependent.
- Dispatch: We aim to dispatch by the next business day after your order.
🔎 Delays & Network Updates
Please check the carrier’s website for any delays, strikes, or network issues that may affect delivery times. While we’ll help where we can, we can’t be responsible for carrier delays once the item is in transit.
📮 Address/Safe Place Changes
If you need to change the delivery address or request a safe place, please contact us before dispatch. Changes after dispatch may not be possible or may incur a fee.
