TV’s

Full Price TV’s

All of our TV’s are covered by a 12 month parts & labour return-to-base warranty. If your TV develops a fault within this warranty period please return it to us following the procedure below.

Clearance & Reduced-Price TV’s

Although our clearance TV’s do not include a warranty due to the heavily discounted prices, we do however provide a 14 day warranty period. Should you TV develop further faults during this period, we will arrange the return of the TV free of charge.

What We Will Provide You

My product has developed a fault within 60 days of the purchase date

In this case, we can provide you with one of the following:

  • An exchange
    We can simply swap your product with a replacement of the same model
  • A repair
    If we are able to easily and quickly repair the fault
  • A refund
    We can provide a refund in full if the above is not possible
  • Deliveries
    We will cover the cost of any collections or deliveries

My product has developed a fault after 60 days of purchase date.

    We can simply swap your product with a replacement of the same model or model of equivalent value
  • A repair
    If we are able to easily and quickly repair the fault

Please note: for warranty claims 60 days after the purchase date, you are responsible for returning the product to us. We are able to arrange this for you for an additional charge.

It’s important to remember that our warranty does not cover physical damage, or a fault that may develop due to improper use of the product, for example screen or image burn with OLED televisions.

Appliances

All appliances are covered by a 6 month fully comprehensive warranty including the cost of any collections & deliveries. If your appliance develops a fault within this period, follow the steps below to open a warranty claim.

What We Will Provide You

    We will simply swap your product with a replacement of the same model or model of equivalent value
  • A repair
    We will either; get a technician out to you to repair the unit or return the item and repair on site
  • A refund
    We can provide a refund in full if the above is not possible
  • Deliveries
    We will cover the cost of any collections or deliveries

There is no need to fill out any paperwork or submit any forms, we simply keep a record of your purchase date as proof of your warranty period. When claiming the warranty, all you need to do is give us a call and provide the name and address used when making your order, and we’ll do the rest

Our Warranty Claims Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service team on 0737 6667778 or send a message via the eBay messaging service to explain the problem you are experiencing
  2. Our customer service team will first provide troubleshooting support, and will send a link from which you can upload a video of the fault directly from your mobile phone or devicePlease note: it is important not to pack away your product if you are opening a warranty claim as we will require a video of the fault before we can proceed.
  3. Our customer service team will review the information and video you have provided and respond with a solution within 1 working day
  4. If we need to arrange collection of your product, we will require all original packaging it arrived in (including any outer protective packaging). Please do not throw this away. This is to ensure we received it back in one piece!

Please note: if you no longer have the packaging and require us to supply it, there will be an additional charge.

All additional charges subject to VAT.

How Long will it Take?

Repairs & Replacements

We aim to provide a replacement or return the repaired unit within 3 working days from the date it was collected from you.

Refunds

Refunds are usually processed within 2 working days however it may take longer to reflect in your account depending on your bank.

 

Please note: all serial numbers of our products and internal parts are recorded to prevent tampering, and security seals are fitted.

If you return a product that has been tampered with, we will return to sender at your cost.
