Cancellation of Purchase & Exchanges

As our customer, you have the right to cancel your purcahse or exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date if you simply change your mind, or do not want your product any more. We are able to provide a full refund or exchange as long as the product is in exactly the same condition as when sold.

In this case, the additional postage costs will be your responsibility. You are able to either arrange the return or exchange postage yourself, or we can do it for you and deduct the cost from your overall refund or send you the quote for the additional amount.

Faulty Products

Changing or Cancelling an Order

If you would like to amend your order which has not yet been dispatched, we will happily do this for you and take payment of additional amounts or refund the difference. If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to ammend your order; instead this can be done by requesting a return/ exchange as explained above.

When will I receive my refund?

It takes approximately one working day to check returns and exchanges back into our warehouse. After this, refunds are usually instant but can take up to 3 working days depending on your bank.
