We use trusted UK carriers and choose the most suitable service based on item size and weight. All times are working days (Mon–Fri) and exclude bank holidays.
Which service will my order use?
- TVs 22–55″, monitors & large audio: APC Overnight (next-day).
- TVs 65″ and above, heavy digital signage & large appliances: Pallet courier (kerbside).
- Small items (accessories/parts): Royal Mail Tracked or Evri (tracked).
Note: If your item sits between categories (e.g., unusual dimensions/weight), we may select the safest service at our discretion. We’ll notify you after dispatch.

Fast & secure next-day delivery: We partner with APC Overnight, a trusted next-day courier. Your item is carefully packaged with protective materials for safe transit.

For oversized/heavy items we use a trusted pallet network for safe and timely delivery.
🏡 Kerbside Delivery
Delivery is to the kerbside only. Drivers cannot carry items indoors, upstairs, or to specific rooms. The pallet is unloaded at the nearest accessible point to your property.
Important: Please arrange assistance on the day of delivery if required.

- Usually 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- Preferred date: Leave a checkout note or contact us. If we can’t meet the date, we’ll arrange an alternative.

These can only normally be seen when the screen is off and the light reflects off of them from certain angles / under certain lighting conditions. They normally do not effect any general viewing on a normal moving screen. These will not worsen over time. (Please see pictures).
POLYSTYRENE BLEMISHA polystyrene blemish is caused when the polystyrene packaging inside the TV box, rubs against the screen during transit. This ‘wears away’ a layer of the polarising (anti-reflection) film on the surface of the screen to leave a slightly shiny mark. This is mainly seen when the TV is switched off and is not usually visible when watching a normal moving picture. This does not affect the pixels/ panel behind and will not worsen with time.

This TV has been lightly used for no more than 28 days and has very low hours of panel usage.
Tested and refurbished and in very good condition with minor blemishes : Minor polystyrene blemishes located on two sections of the screen. Additionally there is a very minor dot scratch and hairline scratch. These can only be seen when the screen is off and the light reflects off of them from a certain angle, under certain lighting conditions. They do not effect any general watching on a normal moving screen and will not worsen over time. The camera accentuates the blemishes more than they appears in person. (Please see pictures)
