This is physical damage to the surface of the screen and does not affect the pixels behind. It is most visible when the screen is switched off when the light reflects against it from certain angles, and is not always visible when watching a moving picture from a normal viewing distance of around 2 metres. It will not worsen over time.

The TV will not have been used for any longer then 28 days from new and will have very low hours usage on the panel.
Tested and refurbished and in good condition with a blemishes: Excessive multiple polystyrene blemishes located across the screen. These can normally only be seen when the screen is turned off and the light reflects off of them from a certain angle, under certain lighting conditions. These blemishes normally don’t effect any general viewing on a normal moving screen and will not worsen over time. (Please see pictures).
POLYSTYRENE BLEMISHA polystyrene blemish is caused when the polystyrene packaging inside the TV box, rubs against the screen during transit. This ‘wears away’ a layer of the polarising (anti-reflection) film on the surface of the screen to leave a slightly shiny mark.
