Tested and refurbished and in good condition with minor blemishes: Multiple polystyrene blemishes located all over the screen and one minor dot scratch located on the left hand side. These can only normally only be seen when the screen is off and the light reflects off of them from certain angles / under certain lighting conditions and normally do not effect any general viewing on a normal moving screen. These will not worsen over time. (Please see pictures).
POLYSTYRENE BLEMISHA polystyrene blemish is caused when the polystyrene packaging inside the TV box, rubs against the screen during transit. This ‘wears away’ a layer of the polarising (anti-reflection) film on the surface of the screen to leave a slightly shiny mark. This is mainly seen when the TV is switched off and is not usually visible when watching a normal moving picture. This does not affect the pixels/ panel behind and will not worsen with time.
PHYSICAL DAMAGE
This is physical damage to the surface of the screen and does not affect the pixels behind. It is most visible when the screen is switched off when the light reflects against it from certain angles, and is not always visible when watching a moving picture from a normal viewing distance of around 2 metres. It will not worsen over time.

Screen Bleed
This typically occurs when the backlight of an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) monitor or television seeps through the edges of the screen, creating patches of illumination. This is generally more noticeable on darker screens or when viewing content with black borders.

A dead pixel occurs with one single pixel becomes unresponsive and does not ‘fire’. This results in a small black spot on the screen and is mostly visible on light/ white backgrounds and from when up close to the screen. It is far less visible from a normal viewing distance of around 2 metres and will not worsen with time.
