FREE Delivery for Televisions
- ALL items are FREE delivery within England and Wales (unless otherwise stated on the product page). Additional charges may occur for Scotland, English Isles i.e. Jersey/Guernsey and all of Ireland (this is due to the Carrier boundaries.) Please message us for a delivery quote.
- Delivery Times are from 9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday.
- The delivery will be a courier service with APC Overnight (24 hour).
- Orders made before 14:30 are eligible for free next day delivery.
FREE Delivery for Appliances

- Delivery Times are from 9am – 6pm.
- The delivery will be a pallet service. We work closely with a logistics group for all of our individual and pallet and courier deliveries, dealing with your products in a professional manner in the time frame specified. This is a Door-to-Door service, meaning your product will be delivered to your doorstep. If you live in a flat or a tower block your item will be delivered to the entrance of the building.
FREE Delivery on Small Items
- All small items are sent with either Royal Mail 2nd Class Service or Hermes/ Evri standard service.
- This is usually an untracked service with proof of delivery only.
- Delivery times can vary from 2 business days, to 10 business days
- Please check the service providers website for delays/ strikes/ network issues before purchase as this can affect delivery times
- Please note: we cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries if this is due to the carrier. We will always despatch small items the same day if ordered before 12:00.

Delivery Charge
Please note: there is an additional charge for missed pallet deliveries (appliances and 65” TV’s). This is charged at £29. Our customer service team will contacted prior to your delivery and this will be booked in with you to avoid missed deliveries.
