The TV will not have been used for any longer then 28 days from new and will have very low hours usage on the panel.
Tested and refurbished and in very good condition with minor blemishes: Multiple minor polystyrene blemishes located on the screen. This is normally only visible when the screen is off and the light reflects off of it from a certain angle. This normally does not affect any general viewing on a normal moving screen and will not worsen over time. (Please see pictures).
POLYSTYRENE BLEMISH
A polystyrene blemish is caused when the polystyrene packaging inside the TV box, rubs against the screen during transit. This ‘wears away’ a layer of the polarising (anti-reflection) film on the surface of the screen to leave a slightly shiny mark. This is mainly seen when the TV is switched off and is not usually visible when watching a normal moving picture. This does not affect the pixels/ panel behind and will not worsen with time.
