The Monitor will not have been used for any longer then 28 days from new and will have very low hours usage on the panel. 

Tested and refurbished and in very good condition with minor blemish: One minor hairline scratch located at the bottom of the scree near the boarder, Two minor cosmetic scratches located along the frame on the left of the LG logo. The scratch on the screen can be seen more so when the screen is turned off and the light reflects off it from a certain angle and doesn’t normally affect any general watching on a normal moving screen. This will not worsen over time.  (Please see pictures)

PHYSICAL DAMAGE 

This is physical damage to the surface of the screen and does not affect the pixels behind. It is most visible when the screen is switched off when the light reflects against it from certain angles, and is not always visible when watching a moving picture from a normal viewing distance of around 2 metres. It will not worsen over time.

Tested and refurbished and in very good condition. The screen will be in perfect condition however the TV may have dust or fingerprints due to handling during testing.
